Are you or your teen feeling a little stressed, anxious, or down, but it’s not the right time for counselling? This list has great resources that are either free or low cost to help teens and adults manage anxiety and depression symptoms. These resources can be helpful if you are not ready for online counselling, taking a break from sessions, or maintaining the gains that you made after you finished counselling. Please note that if your or your teen’s symptoms worsen or negatively impact your or their daily functioning, you should seek professional mental health support immediately.
